Final Proposal for Hudson County Freeholder Bill O'Dea and Assistant Division Chief of Hudson County Parks Kevin Wong (Approved)

- New proposal for irrigation pond on Skyway Golf Course next to Lincoln Park West (approved)
- Isolated from public, not tidal, easy access, safe for high school students, plenty of surrounding buffer strip coverage
- Parks Dept. and Skyway golf course agreed to contribute resources towards establishing mushroom patches surrounding irrigation pond
- Harshal Agrawal will establish team of underclass from McNair to train and mentor throughout the course of this phase to continue this research after his graduation

Initial Proposal for Hudson County Freeholder Bill O'Dea (Rejected)

-Initial Proposal for Mr. Bill O'Dea was to conduct field study by colonizing buffer strips surrounding pond @ Lincoln Park Center
- Rejected due to frequent public access to pond @ Lincoln Park Center, recent investments by county in landscaping surrounding buffer strips, pavement between buffer strips and pond, and the pond is tidal (not isolated)
- Agreed to allocate $500 in funds, lend tools/supplies, and volunteers to make field study happen but at different location
